Rates Includes :
- Rates are applicable to local and overseas market alike.
- Rates are quoted without breakfast. Rates for breakfast is chargeable at special rates of RM 20.00 nett for the first, second and third person sharing the same room.
- Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
- Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
Terms & conditions :
- A surcharge of RM10.00 per room per night is applicable from 24 to 27 January 2009 and from 10 to 12 July 2009.
- No Charge for children 12 years and below sharing the same room with parents without extra bed.
- All rates are applicable to local and overseas market alike.
- Check-In time is at : 12.00 noon.
- Check-Out time is at : 12.00 noon.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Above rates are nett, inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
- Extra bed is chargeable at RM 30.00 nett per night for bed only without breakfast.
- Extended check-out during Peak Period :
Up to 6.00 p.m. - 50% of published rate imposed.
After 6.00 p.m. - one day's rate imposed. - Prior suite reservation is required and is subject to availability.
- Room reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable credit card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel's bank account which shall be advised during the Conformation Stages.
- Room reservation during non peak period shall be held until
6.00 p.m. for non guaranteed reservations.
Cancellation policy :
One night/package charges for the total room/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 04 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
